We followed up with the homeowner after reading your feedback, and they wanted to share the following: - Our dock is brand new, however, we were in contact with you a few times about finding the right dock and we understand you had some trouble. It appears that you went to a different dock, and there might have been confusion since our dock is locked (key provided to guests) and marked as private property. - After the issue with the A/C was brought to our attention, we fixed the issue. It has been fully resolved and replaced. - The downstairs area is just a basement storage area. - We have done many renovations since your stay, including painting the whole inside of the house, and we have made sure to address the issues mentioned in your review.
