”Our room was missing tissues, fresh soap packets and the toilet paper was half full. There wasn't a microwave to warm up coffee and we couldnt find an ice machine. Parking was convenient and well lit.”

”Only thing that was bothersome was the attitude of desk clerk on check in - she couldn’t be bothered when I asked about getting a different room - curt short answer just not possible - I asked about room on first floor - my wife has mo bility issues - we ended up on 2nd floor but at end of hallway which was a distance ”

”Asked room from a top floor, it was not honored. Very very loud hotel, people running in the corridors and slamming doors until midnight. Hotel has seen it’s vest days. Breakfast non existent, everything was either run out or machines were broken. Can not recommend.”

”The bed and pillows were the worst I ever experienced in a Hilton ever. Hurt our back and neck every night we stayed there. We even left early on the last day. The female bartender argued with a customer telling him if he could do a better job to get behind the bar then. Her mixed drinks made me and my fiance sick the night we tried them.Other staff was great and hotel was very clean. Maintenance was very responsive and polite.”

”A beautiful stay, with exquisite bed sheets and thoughtful home design. But . . . thin walls. My neighbors were partying at 4 am! A quiet time, or an enforced quiet time, would have helped.”

”Front desk check in was awful my debit card was charged for the total room instead for the incidental fee of $20.00 I tried several times trying to receive my refund in the amount of $105.67 my bank account was charged. I called Marriott customer service stated I would be receiving my refund on February 29th (no 29th in this month) tried to speak with the manager “Crystal” so rude over talked me said it was a problem between me and my bank. As of this date 04-07-2026 not received my refund....
