”You need to take this property off your site!!! We did not even check in. The place looked like a crack motel, with people renting weekly. The building from the outside was falling apart with boards holding up the 2nd floor walkway( i have pics). Since all the rooms were booked in Topeka KS we had to go 50 miles away to find an adequate hotel. I would like a refund, but you must take this property off of your site.”

”Curtains in room appeared to have multiple blood stains on them. Bathroom toilet ran constantly, had to frequently push down on the handle to get it to stop running. Fan in bathroom had a short in the circuit.”

”I failed to get the name of the lady working the front desk in the afternoon/evening but she was absolutely amazing!”

”The furniture in room had stains, visible dust/dirt on/under table. ”

”My room was in good shape. The remote did not work very well on the TV unless I stood right in front of it to change the channel. The building is close to the highway so there was alot of noise around the entire building. The area around the building was a little sketchy but I did not experience any issues during my stay. There was alot of activity in the hallways a couple of nights that did concern me but things settled down around midnight during the weekend.”

”Smoke detector in room was sitting on the dresser, bugs in bathroom, mold under mat in bathtub, no extra lock on door, pool was closed when we got there. Believe they had a lot of ppl complain so they reopened it, breakfast food half the time was cold. ”

”We checked in late at night and the staff and friendly and fast! Great breakfast in the morning. Clean rooms. ”

”The staff were great. The breakfast was fine. The room was very dark. Needed more lighting. That could be why i felt like the room was a little rough. The bathroom was clean, but the toilet seat was really beat up. I covered it in toilet paper just to be able to sit on it. The pool was clean and the kids had a good time playing in it. ”

”We stay here frequently and have never had any complaint's until this recent stay. Our biggest issue was that the heat/air unit in our room was not working. And the breakfast is usually pretty good, only this time the food was all cold. Other than that, the staff is always friendly and the place is always clean. ”

”Get what you pay for. Stayed here last minute for a wrestling tournament. Room has cockroachs, holes in walls, ac/heat didn't work, dirty, whole hotel smelled like marijuana. Don't waste your time ”

”My heater did not work at all and the window wouldn't shut and it was snowing with high winds and when I tried to get someone to fix it or switch rooms they blew me off and then when my brother got in town I was told I couldn't have a guest even though I paid for a double room and was alone ”

”We were supposed to check in at 3 PM, however, we were not able to check in until 8 PM. We have very exhausted kids that needed to get to bed. The hotel was severely understaffed. I called several times to see when we can check in and they would never answer the phone. I left a message on their website and they just gave me an automatic reply. I felt bad for the front desk staff. For paying $250 I would expect this from a low-grade hotel. Definitely not worth the money. I would at least...

”Were impressed with the room and staff. Had to be gone for a few hours and when we came back there was no place to park. Had to park at parking lot for neighboring hotel. Would still come back. ”

”This is one of the nicest hotels in Topeka...Staff totally professional..it is clean! Has a bar and restaurant that serves from the bar area..Many arras that are open to watch TV or just play cards...the room we had on 1st floor had exceptionally high ceilings, really nice! The area is very accessible to event happenings. ”

”Very comfortable bed, clean room, great breakfast.”
