This 2-bedroom villa (sleeps 3) is set across multiple levels, with 20 steps from the parking area to the lower terrace, 10 to the main terrace, and 12 more to the pool, making it unsuitable for guests with reduced mobility. The single-storey interior features an open-plan living, dining, and kitchen area with TV (Greek channels only) and DVD player. The kitchen includes a cooker, hob, microwave, fridge-freezer, and mini-dishwasher. The double bedroom (160cm x 200cm bed) has an en-suite shower room and private balcony, while the single room (queen-size bed, 140cm x 200cm) is served by a separate shower room. Outside, the shaded main terrace offers a seating and dining area with kitchen space, drinks fridge, and barbecue. An additional WC and shower are provided, and the upper terrace features a private swimming pool (3.8m x 7.7m; depth 1.10m–1.75m).
