”Our family met up with 3 other families to share the Chateau for a week. It was a fabulous way to spend time together and explore the Loire Valley. William and Susy made our stay easy and fun by recommending local activities and coordinating two evenings of catered meals. I highly recommend this property. It’s a idyllic property and has several on-site activities. We utilized the pool almost every day with the kids.”

”Exactly as advertised staying at Chateau Beausoliel was a great treat and wonderful experience. The property is magical and was a relaxing retreat from the chaos and excitement of a Rugby World Cup weekend in Nantes. We used Uber as other public transport is not very convenient but it worked fine.”

The accommodation was very large and perfect for our big group, the grounds were beautiful and the children loved the outside space. We would not hesitate to stay here again. The host was beyond helpful and was very kind after my daughter twisted her ankle in the garden (entirely her own fault as she fell over a football the children had been playing with).”

”Our stay in this homely french Chateau was wonderful - all 18 of us (from 2 to 55) thoroughly enjoyed the holiday and are keen to return next year. The Chateau is set back from the road down a long drive, its sits in a large piece of land on the edge of a lake. In its grounds there is a heated swimming pool, trampoline, table tennis table, large wendy house with lots of toys, a shed with bikes that you can borrow to ride round the lake/explore the local area and a sit on top kayak & Canadian...

”The chateau was spotlessly clean and perfect for a weekend reunion with friends. All 18 (ensuite) bedrooms were made up beautifully with towels and shower gel left for each guest. ”This was not a good experience. Advertised as having a pool, full-service spa, restaurant, coffee shop etc it had NONE of these. Worse, the 'queen bed' was a very small double, and the 'premium bedding' was threadbare hospital sheets and a nasty brown blanket (see photo) On arrival you are hit with a very hefty 'cleaning fee' that is non-negotiable, a large fee for sheets, more for towels, toilet paper etc - so you have pretty well doubled the nightly charge on arrival.
