”Breakfast is not like other Hyatt places ive been to. Would bot book again here for that.”

”The hotel needs a remodel. One elevator was broken, the other you could look through the floor and see the elevator shaft, and the bathrooms need to be repaired.”

”Had to get moved to another room as the water was not getting hot and the air conditioning unit was whirring like a jet plane! The second room had better hot water but the AC units are just old and loud and need to be replaced. And paying for parking was lame considering the hotel is older and most Marriott’s have free parking for members. Don’t know if I would chose this location the next time.”

”I will NEVER book at courtyard in Georgia ever again! I never get the room I book and then the water is not hot! My air conditioner was not working. Assigned an accessible room when I didn’t book it. Elevator went out. It was just horrible! Then they only gave me 10,000 points back which isn’t even 10$ worth of cash. I won’t ever!”

”Check in was quick, asked for a second key since we’re family of 5 but receptionist said 1 is the limit. Hallway to room was smell full of air fresheners, suffocating. Room was not vacuumed, trash from previous stay was still there, no bath mats. Overall, this property could use a major upgrade and staff could be better.”

”The front desk associate was rude . When checking in , I was not aware of the hold charge . So, i explained to him that Expedia did not have that on their site for this certain hotel . He replies “ it didn’t show on Expedia” .Because I only book one night , he figured I did not have the funds. His behavior was so unprofessional & i am highly disgusted with his attitude. After I paid he looked at me in discomfort . The other staff I encountered were polite. ”

”We have stayed at this property four times and each time is easier than the last. This is our go to hotel for any concert or sporting event we attend in the area. Rooms are consistently clean and well maintained. Amenities are perfect for us. This is a great choice!”
