”We frequently stay at the Westin after arriving on a late flight. The hotel is furnished nicely, the rooms are spacious and clean. We particularly like that the bar and restaurant are open late.
But… the price to park for one night is ridiculously high. The last five times we stayed there, we had to make several trips back to the front desk before we could exit the parking lot because the exit arm didn’t work. We will be considering an another hotel in the future. ”

”1st Staff was s sweet as pie, this goes beyond them, our room was suppose to be an ADA unit where you have a walk in shower, Oh I got that, But now I have a toilet designed for a child sitting on the ground HOW does a person with a bad back sit on that? to enjoy my weekend, I had to an purchase a raised seat. Oh I went down to ask f this was their ADA unit, and I was told if you wanted a walk in shower No,thier ADA unit has a tub, WHAT? You are kidding me, Right? Now both breakfast and dinner...

”We had a spacious suite on the 8th floor with a spectacular view of Olympic Park and its incredible psychedelic Ferris wheel. The staff were uniformly excellent. Breakfast was complimentary and excellent, plus there were free cocktails and snacks in the evening. The breakfast coffee could have been better, but with a Starbucks inside of the hotel it wasn't the only option.”
