”No breakfast. Room was ok. Staff not helpful. Air conditioning didnt work so maint worked on it didnt offer to move to another room. Woke up at 4 am and no air. Terrible night. Booked because Expedia rated it 9.2. Shouldve been rated very low. Wont choose it again”

”We stayed two nights. After the first night there were no clean towels and washcloths delivered. No room refresh. I dont mind the unmade bed, but I do want clean towels.The second morning we arrived at 7:06 for breakfast, which was suppose to open at 7, and the doors were not open with others also waiting. We left.”
