The villa provides a charming panoramic terrace (accessible from the kitchen) with tables and chairs for al-fresco dining. On a lower level there is a beautiful private pool overlooking a valley.

Distances: the villages of Montelopio 1 km, Fabbrica with all kinds of shops 4 km away, an excellent restaurant offering nice recipes of the Tuscan tradition is approx. 800 m away, Volterra 25 km, Pontedera (with nice shopping facilities) 23 km away, Casciana Terme (with spas) 25 km, San Gimignano 30 km, Pisa (airport) 50 km, Livorno (seaside) 50 km away, Florence (airport) and Lucca approx. 65 km away, Siena approx. 70 km. The coastline with large equipped beaches is in a 45-minute drive.

At guests disposal: furnished panoramic terrace ideal for al-fresco dining, garden, private swimming-pool with Jacuzzi area (12 x 4 m – depth from 1,2 m to 1,5 m), barbecue, swing, table tennis, satellite TV. Internet wi-fi.
The villa also provides mosquito nets and air-conditioning in all rooms.

Upon request it is possible to have 3 extra single beds to be placed in 3 of the above bedrooms.
