Something good, something to improve
"Staff were very helpful, accessibility was very good. Cleaning the room wasn´t very good; needed to go ask towels, bath mats, suger, coffee. Also needed to give feedback to keep objects at same place, not moving them (blind). They had a wedding parties and music was very loud till early morning. ..."

"Apartment was clean and spacious. Had everything you need including hair dryer, ironing board and washing machine. Table was set up lovely and there was milk in the fridge. Staff were friendly and there was an honesty bar. Would highly recommend"

"Not being able to adjust the temperature of you own room was an issue - you have to go down to reception to get it adjusted and being on a route home to I presume student halls of residence meant groups of noisy folk going home in groups from 02.00 - 05.30 in morning resulted in little sleep."
