”Looking quite tired now in some of the rooms and have had to report maintenance requirements in different on my last 3 stays. Change of policy to not offer breakfast as part of a package without any change in price is sneaky and wasn't communicated at booking.”

”Had a excellent 2 night stay at Daresbury Park, just a short Uber into Warrington Centre for a music Festival. Did online check in as we wouldn't arrive until after 11.30pm. 24hr reception, staff were pleasant, polite and very efficient. Had two excellent breakfasts, however only one coffee machine meant a fair queue built up in busy times, maybe need to think about this unless that weekend was particularly busy? ”Premises would be best described as Runmere MOTEL. The accommodation block is detatched and across the car park from main reception area. OK if you like US style Motel accommodation, I personally din't and would not have booked if I had been aware of this. Rooms are very basic, but adequate. ”The photos and overall rating of this hotel is a lie. I believe it was once a nice hotel but it is no longer. After a long wait at reception ringing the bell we was greeted by a man wearing blue gloves that he had just been cleaning with in scruffy clothes who took us to an uncleaned room with sticky bathroom floor, dead insects and used towels. The bed looked to have collapsed on one side and the code to room was a very secure of the room number followed by 2 zeros. We sought alternative...
