”I checked in went to 3rd floor room and keys didnt open door. Went back to elevator got in pressed lobby and elevator dropped drastically and threw myself and the luggage cart. Then lights went out and emergency and help buttons did not work. Doors would not open. Nothing worked. I immediately called 911. Eventually an officer arrived and he yelled through the door that he had to reset the elevator. He did so the elevator turned on and went up and down and the doors opened. I got off thanked...
