”The staff at this Fort Collins location is above and beyond the most helpful, patient and remarkable staff of all the places I have been. They are the reason I choose this location for my stays in this area. Even if they are CSU fans, they treated me fairly and with humor. It was nice to talk to real humans and get help when needed.

”Hilton Garden Inn in Fort Collins fulfilled its role very well during my business trip to the town. There are several nice restaurants around the hotel and the hotel breakfast was good. The breakfast wasn't complimentary but it was easy to add the price to the room bill. I also enjoyed the small gym that opened at 5 am. Don't expect too much from the "fully equipped fitness center" but the couple of treadmills and the dumbbells allowed a good morning exercise nevertheless. The pool was very...

”We don’t know how we could be charged $240 for a room with all these problems: 1) the a/c was loud like a $60 room when it kicked in, 2) the toilet was clogged by the previous inhabitants and had to be plunged by front desk worker (note to cleaning staff-make sure all things are in proper working order, not just clean), 3) there was no non-slip mat in the bottom of the shower. My wife fell getting out, hit her head and bruised her elbow, wrist and a couple fingers, her leg”
