”The room was clean along with the entire property. The airport shuttle ride was smooth. Just be patient because you will have to wait. This hotel is like older like decor so if you like them 5 star hotels you may not like this. Some portion of the hotel is outside which I thought was cool how the hotel was designed. Overall I loved the place and the staff is soo nice. Yes they speak Spanish but they also speak English. Room service was also awesome.”

”Hotel is near the airport so,it is a good stop for amfew days when you are heading somewhere else in CR. Our room for two adults and two kids was the biggest one we have ever seen in a hotel. And breakfast was great, lots of fresh fruits and warm dishes, which you could order from the menu. Hotel also had a nice pool, friendly and helpfull staff and a gym.”

”I'm a native English speaker, but some of the hotel staff spoke limited English. I tried to learn as much as I could before my trip, and it was really helpful! I was able to communicate a bit with the staff. Everyone was friendly and took good care of my wife and me. The property was well maintained, and the pool was refreshing, especially considering how hot it was; it was not heated. ”They pay attention to detail for the apartment, feels like going home, the host always answers the messages. I checked in after midnight and she answered every message as I got confused with the code to enter the property. Definitely a place to go back to. The apartment has everything that any person could ask for. Also outside the apartment there's a coffee machine that makes all kind of coffee.”
