"A 15-night stay was pleasant and easy, also from working perspective. The (family) room had all the amenities needed. There are washing machines and dryers in the public area which makes longer stays easier. The service was friendly and helpful, what ever questions I had. The public area on the 9th floor is really relaxing, and the super-nice coffee machine was heavily used. The hotel is situated amazingly well; Migros shop next door, trams 14 and 18 - as well as e.g., busses 3 and 11 stopping in front of the entrance. One can easily manage whole Geneva from this spot with the free-of-charge travel card that came with the room. I made a physical door card at arrival (9th floor) thanks to which no headaches with trying to open various doors and entrances with mobile phone. The only weakness was the relatively poor recycling facilities even you actively would try to do that, thus ended to take e.g. metals, plastics, and cardboard with me to be recycled on public places on the street. All in all, can recommend this place warmly."

"Tämä voisi olla mainio hotelli, mutta management on surkea. Erityisesti housekeeping on ala-arvoista. Jatkuvasti jotain puuttuu tai esim. room service -tarjotinta ei hoideta kahteen päivään pois. Aamiainen on suppea ja astiat tyhjinä, vaikka asiakkaita vain vähänlaisesti. Ei vastaa miltään osin sveitsiläistä tasoa."

"Puitteet rauhallisessa kattohuoneistossa omalla terassilla näkymällä jet d’eau:lle päin, ja huoneen (ml. kylpyhuoneen) hyvä varustus täyttivät odotukseni, mutta parasta oli silti luontevan mukavan ystävälliseen asiakaspalveluun omistautunut ammattitaitoinen ja avulias henkilökunta, joka huomioi kukin oman tehtävänsä pienetkin yksityiskohdat. Sekä huonetilat että käytävät & hissit olivat hyvin siivotut ja ilma niissä oli raikas. Kaikki oli ehjää ja hyväkuntoista. Vuode oli miellyttävä, minibaarin valikoima vähän suppeahko mutta sillä pärjäsi, huonepalvelu toimi esimerkillisesti, buffetaamiainen oli riittävän kattava tarpeisiini ja koko ajan siistinä ja tuoreena pidetty, hissiliikenne sujui jumittelematta, kirjautumismuodollisuudet yms erittäin vaivattomia. Palveluja joille huomattiin olevan käyttöä, kuten junalippuja lentokentälle, tarjottiin ennen kuin ehdin kysyä. Majoittujasta välittäminen näkyi kaikessa. Erinomainen hotelli omille kohderyhmilleen. Kätevä sijainti; helppo löytää. Suosittelen lämpimästi ja haluan itsekin palata."
