”This hotel did not meet expectations. When we first arrived it took us 30minutes to find a staff member to check us in. When we got to the room. There was hair, and shavings left in Shower and toilet. The sink had a crack in it that allowed water to spill on to floor. Pull out couch had crumbs still and no sheets or blankets were available for us to use. When we called for some I was given a blanket with a dirty stain on it. My husband was chased by an unleashed dog in the hotel hallway when...

”Hotellihuoneessa oli todella vahva pesuaineen (?) haju. Jouduimme tuulettamaan huonetta, jotta pystyimme olemaan siellä. Kyselimme asiaa henkilökunnalta, mutta meille tarjottiin vain toista ainetta hajun peittämiseksi. Hotelli on muuten täysin uudenveroinen, hintaan kuuluu kattava aamiainen ja parkkipaikka oli helppo löytää hotellin omalta alueelta. Lisäpisteitä huoneiston keittiöstä, jossa pystyi hyvin valmistamaan ruokaa. Lähellä Temeculan vanhaa kaupunkia. ”

”The room looked like it hadn’t been cleaned and the chairs in the room had stains on them from what looked like soda or alcohol.”

”No industrial ice machine on prem - so start the ice maker in room upon arrival.”

”The pool was dirty and cold. Disappointing since it was just emptied and refilled the day we got there. No one vacumned the bottom of the pool? Filthy! The hottub was cold too. The fire alarms went off on our first night at 4 am, 4:15 am and 5 am ... and then again on our 3rd night once. It appears the sensors are a bit touchy or they need to enforce where people smoke. The workers were nice; but, this place needs some attention from corporate!”

”Great customer service the girl in the evening is super nice and welcoming. The hotel was clean. Room was spacious and clean. The hotel can improve in terms of renovating. The pocket door in room was broken, and the doors with other rooms the seals were broken and you can hear conversations walking down the halls. I want to clarify this has nothing to do with cleanliness it’s merely aesthetics. The broken door didn’t bother me enough to report it.Room service was good. I want to come back here...

”Pros: The rooms are spacious, they accommodate animals, breakfast is basic but not bad, our AC did not work in the first room and the receptionist came quickly to try to fix it, she couldn't so we were immediately placed in another room where the AC was amazing. Cons: There are bugs inside and outside of this place. There are huge spiders and webs in almost every arch and I mean HUGE, we had several different bugs in our room - silverfish and smaller spiders, for whatever reason - when my bf...

”Stayed a weekend (Fri-Mon). Was looking for a cheaper hotel compared to the higher end was much too expensive for a weekend trip. However I traded price for better quality. While the staff was nice there were things a hotel should not have. Dried blood on the curtains. The curtain was also broken. The A/C smelled like mildew every time it came on. The bathroom vent/ fan looked as if it had never been cleaned. The pool wasn’t very clean. We received fresh towels but the were either dirty or...
