”The breakfast is the best I have had at a hotel. Staff was attentive. I asked at checkin for a room facing the East, since I am up early, to watch the sunrise. It was perfect.”

”The room and property were neat and clean. It was a slow time of year. The room was well organized and updated decor wise. The mattresses could use and upgrade as they were not the most comfortable. The breakfast was basic but fine. I would recommend offering some juices.”

”Room smelled strongly of old cooked food (Indian?). Windows were already left open to air the room out when we arrived. Luckily, we arrived early enough to run the fan for a couple of hours prior to going to bed. Room should not have been rented that day. Am continental buffet was good. Coffee was pretty good.”

”Location is close to what we wanted (botanical gardens and Boothbay Harbor shops). The plusses were free breakfast, nice trails connected to property, icecream across the street. The minuses were the pool/hot tub not open as expected,our room was not deep cleaned.”
