Lomamajat – Peñas Blancas

”Incredible resort. Would rush back in a heartbeat. We had the cheapest rainforest bungalow and it felt like a suit. Gorgeous bathroom, animals surrounding you, hammock outside was lovely. The breakfast was incredible, the food in the hot springs was excellent and the staff were amazing. Particularly the guides who went out of their way to help you and spot animals and birds for you. The night hike and the free day hike I would absolutely recommend without hesitation. We would not have spotted...

”Such a cute rustic place , away from tourist noise. Lots of greens around to please both the eyes and the soul. Breakfast option is on point , you cannot go wrong with typical breakfast ! Sip your coffee in the cute breakfast area and you’re set for the day. Very clean cabana and very kind staff! Thank you for the great stay! ”

”Touring the farm was a delight! We saw lots of animals and enjoyed chatting with one of 5 gardeners who was very informative. Accomodations were charming and exceptiomally clean. Great farm to table restaurant, wonderful cocktails & N/A options, incredibly friendly & helpful staff. ”

”The house was great and the porch was very nice. The location was nice not too far outside town. One note is that the stairs to the river are very steep and hard to navigate so don't count on the river for guests with mobility problems.”

”We visited Monteverde in the end of our vacation and it was definitely the right decision. Service was very polite and friendly. Rooms were clean and large, but cold, especially at nights. I think this was the best hotel for our purpose to visit the Monteverde forest area and there were also easy bus connections to Santa Elena. Food in the hotel restaurant was delicious!”
