”Lovely pool garden with some Balinese style sun beds and many regular sun loungers. There were problems with the key card, as it had to be reprogrammed every day. Stylish room. Despite the sounds of the street, we slept really well. A really good breakfast selection. There weren't many nice restaurants open in the area between October and November.”

When you are just arriving, the surrounding area might look a bit different than expected, but it seemed very safe and once you walk into the city it is very nice and cute. ”Very responsive host and the remarkably clean and organized hotel room with secured/easy access was conveniently located in the city center near the Herakleion port. Restaurants and shopping district within walking distance. The host guided me through greatly with finding a parking spot which I appreciate very much. Coffee, tea, a small bottle of ouzo & other assortments were kindly accommodated, such sensible gestures added a wonderful memory to my experience in the famous greek hospitality....

”We had a very nice one night stay in Heraklion. I had booked a classic room, but hotel upgraded it to a suite. The room was very comfortable and in the evening there was a nice city view from the balcony. Location of the hotel is good, as it is only a short walking distance from city center, but the area is quiet in the night time. There is also a parking house in the same building with the hotel. Bed and pillows were also comfortable and we slept very well. Breakfast was much better than in...
