”First of all, the overall experience was bad. They had given me instructions to call a number for someone to open the door after hours and that didn't happen. The taxi charged us double to return us, a family of 4 including 2 kids, to the airport at 4am to we wouldn't be on the street. Then another taxi and another hourly hotel to rest until they open and we could check in. total of over 400 euros extra expenses due to the bad communication from the staff.
