It really warmed our hearts to see how everyone paid attention to our little one. The hotel is located in such a beautiful venue and there was plenty of activities to do, our favorites were the spa and buggy rides.

Area is green, peaceful and quiet, hotel is clean and we saw staff around taking good care of it, and how delightful it was to spot a beautiful cat or peacock relaxing in a courtyard at the sun. Breakfast room view is utterly breathtaking and breakfast itself ridiculously delicious and well-prepared just for you, what a way to start a day. Rooms are quite spacious (even the bathroom) and we hadn't had any problems to fit our stuff...
”In Cascais, this is perfectly located. 5 mins walk to the city center for all the restaurants and shops but just around the corner where this is private and quiet. Also had to beat is that this sits across a park on one side, and then a walled fortress in front where the area has been converted to contain some specialty shops within a plaza. The staff are great, the area safe, and the breakfast and pastries were a delight!”
”We had a fabulous 2 night stay. We took the train from Lisbon and it was right above the station which was very convenient. It was a 15 min walk or so from Cascais which we appreciated because it was less touristy and quiet. The staff was friendly and it was easy to get around with uber. The pool is lovely and not crowded. It’s only 59 rooms so it felt cozier. Would definitely stay again.”

”Hotelli oli aivan upea, romanttinen, ylellinen ja historiaa huokuva palatsi. Tämä palatsi oli samalla myös yksi Sintran nähtävyyksistä. Tässä hotellissa ei mitään jätetty sattuman varaan. Asiakkaat huomioitiin ensimmäisestä oven avauksesta viimeisiin hyvästeihin saakka tavalla, jota emme ole aiemmin kohdanneet muissa viiden tähden hotelleissa. Ilmapiiri oli todella lämmin ja aidosti välittävä. Asiakas tunsi todellakin olevansa kuningas ja kuningatar omassa palatsissaan. Äärimmäisen hieno kokemus...
”Excellent location at the old town of Sintra and very good parking service - they parked our car and brought it in front of the hotel as needed (luxury in a old town where it is very difficult to find any parking space). Very friendly and helpful service. Breakfast was complimentary and amazing with local cheeses etc.”

”The property was stunning and impeccably maintained. Its location couldn’t be better—just a short walk to shops, restaurants, the beach, and the marina. The room was both upscale and inviting, with exceptionally comfortable bedding that made for a great night’s sleep. The staff were warm, attentive, and genuinely helpful. Each morning, breakfast was fresh and thoughtfully prepared, with a wide variety of delicious options. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Cascais.”
