Reception was not up to speed with our bookings as we had pre-paid for everything but when we checked out they got mixed up and printed bill for full amount. Until we very politely informed them. Also whilst good range of breakfast delights very slow service”

”Excellent breakfasts, the best scrambled eggs ever! The room was brilliant but ,would benefit from a small fridge. Great parking available. Only tiny negative was that there was no coat hangers in the room.”

”The hotel and lake setting is beautiful. The spa is too expensive when you are limited to only two hours when it is extremely quiet.”

”Beautiful oldy world property which I like room was great for our needs with all the facilities you would expect. Staff very friendly and helpful we only had breakfast which was very good with multi-options and choice. Would definitely stay here again if in area.”

”The staff at Steeton Hall were very pleasant, friendly and helpful. The food was very tasty. Breakfast was excellent. The rooms were clean. The building and surroundings need some updates. The location was great to visit the national park and the Bronte Museum.”

”This is a cute place to stay but a bit dated. It is dog friendly and it was lovely to see so many furry friends enjoying a trip! We stayed in a building round the back which had some quirky wallpaper but needed an upgrade. Interesting rules around breakfast which were explained in terrifying detail by staff who had been well briefed - "You have 30 minutes from when you enter until you must leave, and you can have one hot drink refill". That was a bit much, but we complied!”

”From the minute we stepped inside we were welcomed by friendly helpful staff. The rooms were clean and roomy. The food was excellent and the dining room service was excellent…..evening meal and breakfast. The views were incredible, the location was beautiful. Would definitely stay again and would definite, recommend, 100%.”
