Formerly known as The Hart-Scott, this home has hosted many happy guests over the years. While the property has been rebranded and refreshed, I’ve included a few past guest reviews in the photo gallery so you can see what others have loved about staying here.

Main Unit (Lakeside Unit)
This spacious unit features 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a cozy living room, and a full chef’s kitchen with views of the lake. You’ll love the hardwood floors, antique touches, and large wrap-around porch with space to gather, dine, and relax.

Side Units (2)
Each of the two side units has its own private entrance and includes 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, and a kitchenette — perfect for those looking for a little extra quiet or flexibility during their stay. While separate, all units are easily accessible to one another.

Group-Friendly Layout
The home comfortably accommodates up to 16 guests with a mix of king, queen, full, and twin beds. Whether you’re planning a reunion, retreat, or lake escape, Keuka Cove House offers the space and charm to make your stay unforgettable.

Lakefront Access
Step out back to 20 feet of private Keuka Lake shoreline, a dock for swimming and boats, and a breezy red boathouse for lakeside lounging. Enjoy evenings by the fire pit or morning coffee on the porch while watching the sunrise over the water.
Guest access
Guests will have exclusive access to the entire property, including all three units, the full wrap-around porch, fire pits, boathouse lounge, and private lakefront with a dock for swimming and boating.

The two side units each have private exterior entrances for added flexibility, but all spaces are easily accessible and designed to function as one large, cohesive retreat. Whether you’re sharing meals in the main kitchen or sipping wine on the porch, the entire home is yours to enjoy.

A smart lock makes your arrival simple and secure. You'll receive check-in instructions 24 hours before your stay begins. Just press the ✓ on the keypad before entering your code.

Check-Out Made Simple
Before you head out, please:
– Lock any doors and the smart lock (if used)
– Run the dishwasher with used items
– Leave the home tidy for the next guests
This helps our cleaning team prepare the space for the next stay and keeps things running smoothly.

AC & Heat Settings
To keep the home comfortable:
– In summer: Set the AC to 68°F before leaving
– In winter: Set the heat to 60°F
A quick check of the thermostat helps conserve energy and ensures a welcoming space for future guests.

Firm Check-Out Time
Due to the size of the home and the level of care required between stays, check-out time is firm. This allows our cleaners the time they need to reset the home and give the next guests the same exceptional experience you received. Thank you for your understanding!

Cameras are installed on the exterior of the home, near the front entry, for your safety and peace of mind.

Out of respect for neighbors and the home:
