”Doesn't look great from outside but very nice inside and worth a visit”

”We stayed here for 2 nights and everything was good. All the staff were friendly and professional. The room was clean and had everything we needed. The pool and steam room were good. The gym was probably the biggest one I've seen in a hotel. Plenty of parking available. We slept very well here. Overall a great experience and we'd visit again, but have dinner somewhere else.”

”Great experience here. Facilities are great, spa fantastic, views even better, breakfast and other food options are just right. Rooms were and other interiors are clean and very well presented. Parking is by the door and easy accessed. If I’m being really picky (didn’t impact stay) - clearly making improvements so the outside had a lot of building equipment around made outside look a little scruffy and the spa area needed a bit of a tidy during the day as a bit of glassware left lying...

”Beautiful hotel, old building which has been done up to a really high standard but you still see the classy almost castle like feel of it. Staff were very friendly and kind. I really enjoyed the decor in the room and around the hotel, the spacious room and extremely comfortable bed. Only slight problem was the radiators filled with water at 6am and it woke us both up from the noise untill I had to get out of bed and turn off. Was quite upset about it but receptionist seemed surprised so assume...

”I had a wonderful overnight stay here. The room was lovely, ver quiet with beautiful views and a very comfortable bed. I did use the spa which was at extra cost but it was lovely and relaxing. I opted for the fine dining in the evening and it was outstanding. Breakfast was included and the menu had plenty of options from continental to freshly prepared hot options.The staff were very helpful and friendly- I will certainly rebut for a longer visit. ”
