The renowned Michelin stared Dog and Gun Inn is a short walk for gourmet meals in a relaxed environment where friends and families of any age are welcome. Being minutes from the M6 this is an ideal base from which to explore the delights of Cumbria. Lake Ullswater and Keswick are both within a 15 and 25 minute drive, the historic city of Carlisle is 20 minutes north and the quieter country roads of the Eden Valley are perfect for exploring by bike.

The welcoming entrance porch leads you to an open plan dining kitchen with double height ceiling and modern cruck beams. Equipped with everything to prepare a delicious meal including a Range cooker with electric ovens and gas hob, fridge, freezer, dishwasher and microwave. Enjoy freshly prepared meals at the dining table in front of the wood burning stove on chillier months. A washing machine, tumble dryer and microwave can be found in the handy utility room. The lounge has comfy seating positioned around a wood burning stove and Smart TV, the vaulted ceiling has a canopy of beams and the patio doors lead to the garden where the countryside views can be enjoyed. The ground floor double bedroom with king size bed and en-suite wet room is perfect for those who struggle with stairs.

To the first floor the spacious master double bedroom has a king size sleigh bed and en-suite shower room. There is also a twin bedroom and a family bathroom.
