”Check in was simple. The home was extremely inviting and well appointed. Wonderfully peaceful. The only complaint we would have is that the BBQ was filthy and the heating elements were falling apart. It obviously hadn't been cleaned under the hot plates for a significant period of time. The only other problem we had was that in the bedroom next to the master, the hanging rail fell down as it didn't have all the screws required to keep it in place. Having said all that, we had a great time and...

”Loved the ambience of this house filled with so many period features. Even better were our hosts David and Lindy who went out of their way to obtain help for me when I fell ill during the night and required hospitalization. The following day, David drove my partner to the hospital to pick me up.
A stay at The Laurels is like visiting with old friends, sitting in the living room with other guests of an evening with a glass of wine and a selection of snacks. Breakfast could not have been better....

”Relaxing, peaceful, in the golf course with abundant wildlife. King Parrot greeted us when we lounged outside on the deck. Wombat visited in the evenings and an abundance of grey kangaroos. Very picturesque setting. We were very comfortable and enjoyed our stay immensely. ”
