”This place may be small is size but it is mighty in everything else. It was well equipped with many extras that are not always available. Kitchen is well stocked with pots, pans and everything you need to cook a meal and have coffee and tea afterward. The bathroom also had extras including shampoo and other needed items. Truly a walk right to the main part of Brevard, and just around the corner from the rail trail that will take you to the hub.Massive kitchen with a large dining table, and a comfortable open living room. 4 Person covered hot tub, and a nice outdoor seating space. There is a grill, though being just two of us, we didn't bother cooking at the house. Easily sleeps 6. ”Property was nice and easy to find. It was private and close to downtown Brevard. Only complaint was gnats that would not go away.”

”We were not able to use the hot tub due to there not being enough water, which was a bummer. The hot tub appeared old and not very clean. Water pressure is not great if you want a good shower. The fireplace from the pictures didn't work either. I never heard back from the host after I messaged them about the hot tub. For the price, you might as well get a hotel with a working hot tub and good shower. ”

”Our dogs were very happy about the thick grass around the property. I didn’t bring their beds, but I went to the Dollar General and bought a rug for them, which softened the hardwood floors. My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this old stone house. It reminded me of relatives homes from the distant past. There’s only one small bathroom, but since it’s just the two of us, it was fine. We loved the break from the everyday bustle.”
