  • Perdido Sun One Bedroom rannalla huoneisto, joka päivitettiin vuonna 2012. Omistajat pyrkivät tekemään huoneistosta niin hyvän kuin seitsemännen kerroksen oma parveke! Tile koko, kiinteä pinta corian työtasot, mukautetun kaapit koko sekä 37 tuuman LCD-TV, DVD-soitin ja langaton internet lisätään. Makuuhuoneessa on king-size-vuode, ja tässä huoneistossa on 1. 5 kylpyhuonetta. Tarvittaessa olohuoneessa on vuodesohva kahdelle lapselle tai yhdelle aikuiselle. Tämä Perdido Key -huoneisto sopii pienelle perheelle tai pariskunnalle mieleenpainuvimpaan Perdido Key -vuokraukseen!

    Lomakeskus on ollut erittäin hyvässä kunnossa ja pyrimme varmistamaan, että kaikki siivous pitää asunnot puhtaina saapumista varten!

Overall, the property was nice. There were two issues however.1. One of the elevators was broken for the entire stay. 2. The bedroom needs a blind or other way to block out light from the exterior walkway. The room is very bright at night making it difficult to sleep.

The rooms were very nice and clean. Location was great. There’s great food and shopping close .

Worst of all the stays we've had over the last 20 years with vrbo. Only contact is the property mgmt, and they are not available on weekends. There sheets were stained, furniture was broken or didn't work, shower was moldy, and we found dirty plates in the cabinet.

Great ocean view and convenient location

Condo has great view of the ocean, indoor pool, outdoor pool and hot tub. Facility was very nice and clean.

Can’t complain!

If you don’t care about the decor and updates then this is perfect! It’s right on the beach and a great location. It was clean and just what we needed, since we spent most of the time at the beach anyways. Plus it has an indoor pool which is great because you can’t predict the weather at the beach!

Great location

Location was great and close to many places you could walk to to eat. Beaches beautiful and clean. Condo needs updating, was cleaned but just didn’t feel clean.

Will not rent this condo again

Outdated, furniture had stains, bathrooms were dirty and the lights in the bathrooms stopped working 2nd day we were there. Would not recommend staying here.

The property was not as clean as shown in the pictures and was pretty outdated. It doesn’t seem like the couch and chair in the living room have ever been cleaned (brown tinge on both pieces of furniture, feels sticky when you sit on them, don’t smell great). The kitchen was fairly clean, however there were stains all over the sides of the fridge and mold growing on the refrigerator seals. The AC stopped working with 2 1/2 days remaining in our stay. After contacting the appropriate property management, they said a technician would be out the following day. No one came to fix the unit and the property management never followed up. It was nearly 80 degrees in the unit (with our 1 year old…). We were able to get it fixed ourselves the following day through a phone call to an HVAC company. On check out day, the light switches in half the unit were no longer working, including the bedroom and bathrooms. This made it difficult to see when packing up. Overall, the property could use some updating and needs a deep clean. Better communication or options offered from the property management when AC goes out in the middle of the summer would have been nice. My family and I will definitely look elsewhere when traveling to this area in the future.

The view was wonderful. But the room itself could use some upgrades. Probably would not stay here again unless room is updated. Furniture needs updating. No amenities in kitchen that you could use. Rusty knives and silverware. Bed is lumpy. Couch is old.

Condo furniture needs updating, couch looked dingy . The bed comforter needs to be replaced. The toilet paper holder fell apart. The door lock looked like needs to be reinforced . Overall seemed to be clean .

Great Facility BUT!!!!

We loved the facility! The pools and hot tub are clean, EASY access to the beach. The unit has new paint, good fixtures. Loved the carts to move suitcases and groceries to your room. The kitchen is very nice. But the furniture is outdated and the BED and sofa bed are Terrible. And the light from the back balcony makes you feel like it's daytime, all of the time. We did not sleep well for 5 nights. Ruined an otherwise great vacation. The area is awesome because it is not too overcrowded and there are many options for dining as well as great grocery stores close by.The beach access is unparalleled, but unfortunately the sleeping situation is again, TERRIBLE!

Lacking

Best thing about the place was the bed... Two, count them 2 rolls of TP... Balcony was great, balcony chairs were terrible and broke, used them carefully... Outlet or power strip in the living room somewhere close to the sofa would be handy. A rug here and there would be great also. Location was good, building was good, beach was great... But the unit needed some catching up to current standards (okay, 1985 standards would look new this unit) We will stay at the location again, just not this unit as it has been neglected.

Building is older & needs some maintenance. One of the only 2 elevators was broken the entire time. With only 1 working elevator, wait times were long & many times to crowded so you have to wait even longer. The code for the doors (front, pool, & beach) did not work most of the time, so you had to wait for someone to come let you in.

Outdated, felt dirty

This unit was the worst I’ve ever stayed in. Furniture, especially the couch was old and dirty. Rug in living room had crumbs from previous guest. Pink mold in shower and lots of black mold on balcony, which has broken chairs taped together with clear packing tape. I couldn’t wait to get out of there. No lock on sliding glass door, no instructions on locking front door. Never using this mgmt company again. Also, menu for Jellyfish is old and outdated, too. Prices are higher now.
