”Perdido Key is one of our favorite beaches. We have stayed at Phoenix IX three different times. The property is well maintained and is central to different attractions, shopping and restaurants that are our favorites. ”

”Gem of a condo! Great location, great home. Clean and comfortable with so many little amenities that made for a great stay. There were wine and chocolates for a welcome gift - much appreciated after our long drive - and plenty of coffee for breakfast. A loaded kitchen made cooking easy and the bed was a cloud! Easy access to both beach and pool was a big plus. Owners were helpful thru all with quick response to a minor maintenance issue mid-week. Will certainly be checking availability next time...

”We loved the view and easy access to the beach! It was clean and a great place for our family to stay. Kids had fun in the pool, parking was easy, and it was a great location with restuarants close by.”

”My husband and I enjoyed our stay! Everything was super clean, bed was comfy, balcony view was absolutely perfect! I loved that the room came with its very own parking spot so no circling around trying to find somewhere to park. The parking spot is also right next to the elevator for easy access and the elevator comes right up to the room. Location of everything is so convenient with this place! ”
