  • Southern Breeze #6 is a pet friendly 1-bedroom, 1 bathroom that easily accommodates 4 adults. Has a fully equipped kitchen, a full-size bathroom, a patio off the master bedroom, as well as a washer and dryer.

    Location says it all!! The white sandy beaches and beautiful emerald water are located directly across the street within walking distance.

    **Please note we provide an initial starter kit of soap, a roll of paper towels, a roll of toilet paper per bathroom, a trash bag for each can, Clorox wipes, complimentary dish and laundry pods, dish soap and a sponge so please pack accordingly!

Great get a way Stay!

Our check in process was simple, friendly host and quick response time for questions that arose and quickly resolved. Decor was beachy as pictured, very well maintained and clean! The negatives: The bathroom light switch is outside the bathroom (which we all kept forgetting) and the kitchen had some sugar ants. Neither is a huge deal. I wouldn't say the clean was spotless, but it was clean. I am perfectly happy with what I got vs what I paid for. The furniture was all in good condition and cute. The chairs on the balcony were very nice. The nightstands have USB outlets in them for chargers. The 2-story, 10-unit condo is across the street from rental houses which are on the beach and it is located right about halfway between 2 public beach access points - both about .3 mi away. We consistently used the beach access to the west and it was not crowded as it is right next to the state park beach, so there are no condos beyond it. We had a great time. It is definitely not swanky, but it was exactly what we needed. There are grills in the back and a volleyball net that we didn't use, but it was nice to run into doggies around the condo :)

First Beach Trip

My family went on our first beach trip to Perdido Key and loved the ease of our location and all the public access to the beach! Our condo had all we needed for our stay. Air conditioner worked great! :) Had access to Netflix for the kiddos to enjoy when taking a break from the beach. We were close to lots of great restaurants and really enjoyed our trip!

A Perfect Getaway!!

Reviewer Comments: This beautiful, quiet and peaceful condo was in a near perfect location across from Perdido Beach and within a short distance to both a state and a national park. The rear view balcony overlooking the dunes was a great spot for bird watching. The condo was spotlessly clean with nice comfortable furniture. Restaurants and shopping were close with a great walkway and bike path right out front. I'll definitely be back! Hopefully soon!!

Location is amazing!

I stayed for a month, visiting my Navy son who lived about 5 minutes away. Condo was nice and clean, everything worked as expected. Big king bed was very comfy and the outside deck was nice to sit in the sun and read - quick walk/drive to public beach access. Also close to Publix and a quick drive down to beautiful Orange Beach. I will be back. I highly recommend. Thank you so much.

While the property itself was welcoming to pets, there are no pets allowed on the beaches anywhere in Orange Beach, Gulf Beach or Pensacola. We were very disappointed that we couldn't take our dog with us. The closest true dog beach was an hour away. We also noticed a lot of lint and dust in the bathroom ceiling vent and the air conditioning vent system. Don't get me wrong. The place was adorable! Other than the vents, the place was clean and very cozy. It is across the street from the beaches as promised, but there's no way to access the beach. You have to cross a very busy highway and there are no walkovers across the street. You could go down the street about a block and a half to access the walkover BUT no dogs allowed. We still had a great time. Go to jellyfish! Best restaurant nearby!

Snowbird getaway

Older vacation rental. Just across the street from the Gulf of Mexico. Easy walk. Pizza place and shrimp place to eat within walking distance. King size bed is cozy and furniture comfortable. We were extended stay snowbirds so kitchen has very limited space and cooking supplies. OK if you are there for a weekend or not planning on doing any cooking. Appliances could use some attention. Minimal cleaning supplies so plan on a quick trip to the grocery store. Property Management was responsive to the concerns that we had upon checkin.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Easy walk to beach and good eating establishments. King bed and furniture is very comfortable. Property is older and needs some outside maintenance.The rental is ok for a short term stay. We were winter snowbirds and stayed for 2 months. Limited kitchen space for grocery items and kitchen cooking supplies. There were a few issues with dryer, dishwasher and microwave, but property management was timely in repair. Area carpet in living room but no vacuum provided.
