you get what you pay for

the only thing great about this place was the price. the floors had crumbs from previous renters. Linins were not as stated. no soap for the dishes. communication was very. slow to correct issues. all bedrooms are upstairs (would have been nice to know that upfront). bathroom floor has issues (might collapse at some point). it's not a dump and the pictures are accurate. for the price you can't bet it but you definitely get want you pay for.

Efficient

Stayed a few days in this Vrbo. Pleasantly surprised by the area and closeness to the beach, restaurants and grocery. Basic amenities and furnishings, looked for extra blankets, but were none. Would have preferred more towels. Some pillows on the beds had no pillowcases and could not find any extras. Noticed a damp, moldy smell when entering the space.

The property is located in a central location, close to the beach and other places. There were a few items that could be improved. There was a cigarette outside of the front door. There was no hand soap in either of the bathrooms. The bathrooms needed a more thorough cleaning, and the living room furniture needs to be replaced. The couch looked very lived on, and one of the chairs was broken(we almost fell sitting in it). Overall the property was fair, and I would choose it again.

Filthy and Disgusting

The house was absolutely filthy. Upon arrival, the beds werent changed, dirty laundry piled on machines, black mold in bathroom, food and drinks splattered on walls, dishwasher was full if dirty dishes and the odor when door was opened was so bad that we had to close it fast and go outside. The house was not only filthy but in disrepair. Missing knobs and lighbulbs and peeling walls. We were not able to get a refund or partial refund from VRBO or the owners so we had to stay. We bought cleaning supplies and got it so we could basically camp. You could not go without ahoes because even tho we washed the floors the carpets were filthy and there was no vacuum or cleaning products available. appaling that
