”The condo could use some work. There is mold on the kitchen ceiling around the air conditioner vent. There was sand and hair on the floor. The curtains on the beach side glass sliding door have been removed. This condo needs an overhaul.”

”This property provided a nice stay for our family/ friend vacation. There was plenty of space (4 adults and 4 kids), it was a great location, and the property owner was very nice. The beach across the street was a short walk from the house and was very clean and wasn't overly busy. There was not a crosswalk so it did take some dodging of traffic to cross. Some features of the property were dated but were still functional. Thankfully we brought additional supplies like dish soap, laundry...
