”My husband and I had to come down for a work trip earlier in the week and our big family vacation was that weekend. We decided to stay a couple nights here before everyone got to the beach. It was absolutely perfect. I had one WFH day and the WiFi was perfect for Zoom calls. The condo was extremely clean and had us feeling at home. ”This room worked great for me and my 2 daughters. The building its self is old and if you look closely enough you can see its age, but the room was clean and it’s right on the beach and that’s all that mattered to us. We felt safe here and that’s also a huge thing for me and a mom traveling with her kids. ”

”Love the location , we always try to stay at the Royal Palms , so close to the pier . Love the view from balcony. The water was perfect and clear this trip . The pool, hot tub and grill area was nice to use and well maintained. My husband loves the outside swing . I have attached some photos from our balcony and some pics of the pretty water , we was there Labor Day weekend 2025. ”

”I truely enjoyed our stay in this tastefully renovated historic home. It was a very comfortable space that was super clean, close to great amenities and managed well. The entire booking and access process was simple and the management team were great communicators.This will be favorited as one of my go to spots here in Pensacola. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great little place to stay in the area.”
