”The Coco Sands villa was a great place to spend a couple of nights. It was walkable to the beach. It was clean and had a 50s/retro vibe. Our only complaint were the shades on windows. Because the window shades were vertical blinds with plastic slats and they had gaps, we noticed that people driving on the street could easily see in at night. Other than that a good place to stay! ”

”The Spectrum Resort townhome was excellent! We loved every minute of our stay there. We also had Mobile Spa come to the townhome while we were staying there. It was fabulous! We plan to return! One request is to stock extra blankets.”

”The perfect place for a solo weekend! The property is older and could use a little TLC, but the rooms were impeccably clean and spacious. I could hear my neighbors, but they were young and having a good time. Overall it was a mix of families, couples. The bikes and chairs are an added bonus and really made the beach time easy! I needed assistance with the bike locks and I got a text back quickly. ”

”Our room is clean. The smell was a bit musty as other reviewers have said little bit of mildew in the shower but overall a really clean facility. The pools and hot tub are immaculate. Beach access is excellent and the locations really good”

”First impressions were very underwhelming considering the beautiful homes and luxury apartments that surround the property. The property itself is lacking in landscaping and there was really nothing appealing about the looks of the building or property. The 2 bedroom unit that we stayed in was immaculately clean, but you can tell that it is an older building with no glitz or glam. The window blinds were falling off or just completely missing on most of the windows. The bathroom layout was...

The only thing that my family didn’t like was the beds, they were very hard. We mentioned it to the staff while we were there! Other than that the stay was perfect! We will definitely be back! ”
