”The hotel is overall niceish but definitely not worth the heavy price tag. Especially now that the renovation is still ongoing, and the property has only tuo restaurants. Butcher’s was really good but you wont’t want to eat at the same place everyday, and then your only option is the Birdies dinner which is kind of a joke for a ”four star luxury resort”
The renovated rooms are nice but very poorly sound proofed, you can hear EVERYTHING from the room next door and the hallway as well since the...

”Thia is mot a 5 star or even a 4 star experience. Overall lack of training and even sufficient staff to meet basic guestneeds. Mo healthy or really availble food. What was offered very expensive even served on poorly washed dish. Shoyld not have to pick put molded strawberries from a dish. Room was mot clean and items not working like TV. Overall shoddy eorkmanship shows in wear of guest room and spa. Someine needs to pay attention
