It features a garage where you can pull right up to the door. The first story has a laundry area, garage, storage area, and screened-in back porch along with access to the beach. The second story includes the living room with a balcony overlooking the beach, the dining room, bar, kitchen, guest bedroom, and guest bath. The third floor has the other guest bedroom, bathroom, and master bedroom with balcony overlooking the beach. Granite countertops and stainless appliances are included in the fully equipped kitchen which has a multi-cup coffee pot, blender, and k-cup maker, and washer and dryer. There are custom wood stairs and tile throughout. The 3 bedrooms include one king, two queens, and one sofa sleeper. There are 2 full baths with an additional vanity room in the master. The balconies have gorgeous views of the gulf. Enjoy complimentary Wi-Fi and cable Tv in all rooms. The linens and towels are provided along with an initial supply of toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, dish soap, and trash bags.
This property is nearby to NAS and Corry Field. Shopping areas and restaurants are within just minutes of driving time. While there are no outside amenities at this complex, you do have direct beach access to one of the lower density beaches on the island.
