This beautiful Gulf-front vacation rental includes large patio doors in the living area leading to a private patio that provides a spectacular view of the Gulf of Mexico. With natural tones and tropical accents, this vacation rental includes up-to-date appliances such as a full-size refrigerator, cooktop stove and oven, microwave, dishwasher, and pots and utensils needed to prepare and serve meals. This one-bedroom condo also has bunk beds so everyone has a place to sleep. The main bedroom and the living room have TVs and DVD players.

This is a non-smoking vacation rental, which applies both inside the home and on the balcony. (There is a dedicated smoking area in the parking lot.) This policy is strictly enforced.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle.
This rental is located on floor 14.

Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. nice condo on the beach

it is a nice condo except several things needed to improve…. The icemaker is broken and no ice cube trays are provided . Very thin sheeting and very thin blanket on the bed….. nowhere is there any additional blankets that can be used on the bed - eventually stole a thin blanket off of the twin bed . Good parking lot, easy to manage door lock. Nice access to the beach. No drinking glasses were provided except juice size. No spices, salt.pepper in condo so be prepared to bring some. As well as bringing in your ice. overall, a nice place however

Great view

The view from the living area and balcony at this property are great! The place was as described and has good “bones” but could be so much better with minimal investment. It was clean enough but as another reviewer said, it looks like caulk was simply put over mold lines in the shower and the curtain liner is yellowed and needs to be changed. Other small touches that would yield a more comfortable stay include stocking the kitchen better. There were only a few juice glasses and coffee mugs as well as a few small wine glasses. I will say the knife I used was nice and sharp. New living room furniture is needed and dining chairs need to be inspected and tightened.There seem to be some outlets that don’t work and at least one lamp that needs a light bulb I believe. Parking is convenient and beach access close and easy. Overall, this was a good place to stay on a relatively small budget.

Amazing Views!!!

My husband and I enjoyed our stay! Everything was super clean, bed was comfy, balcony view was absolutely perfect! I loved that the room came with its very own parking spot so no circling around trying to find somewhere to park. The parking spot is also right next to the elevator for easy access and the elevator comes right up to the room. Location of everything is so convenient with this place!

Great view and location. Condo was ok.

Upon arrival, the condo seemed pretty clean and well put together. Shortly after, we realized it was not cleaned very well. Maybe the cleaning folks didn't have enough time to get everything done, I'm not sure. We walked in and it smelled like someone had smoked weed and used some spray to cover up the smell. The location is fantastic and so is the view! The beds slept well. The fridge was nice and cold when we got there. There's mold under the vent above the bunk beds. The vent in the main bath barely works. The stopper in the main bathroom sink is broken. The tub looks like the caulk was only there to cover the mold that grew. The dryer has a messed up belt or something because it squeals VERY loudly and it takes a long time to dry anything. There is only one small skillet BUT there were plenty of pans, utensils, plates, bowls, cups, etc. The wifi was extremely buggy the first two days but we eventually figured it out. (If it gives you issues, Do Not call anyone because they are of NO help. Unplug everything from both boxes, then plug it all back in and it should start working properly.) The living room TV wouldn't work for a couple days either. Apparently HDMI1 is busted. The freezer drips into the fridge creating a huge puddle on the top shelf. We just put one of the bowls provided underneath the hole so it dripped into it and that worked fine. Stove and oven both cook high so be careful you don't burn your food if you cook. Not enough wash rags were provided and yes we washed them every day. The coffee maker is really old but works fine. There were no clear instructions on who to call when an issue came up. We contacted Vacasa and they were not helpful at all. In fact, we called them regarding the wifi and TV and they said they'd provide me with an update at some point. They did not. Instead, they showed up to our condo without any notice whatsoever to fix the issue. Luckily we had just gotten back from the beach. The elevator isn't that difficult to figure out. You press the main button and then press the other number fast 3 times. The recycled toys and beach gear right before the walkway was awesome when we forgot something! The parking situation was not monitored and people parked in our spot on our second day there until we left so we had to park elsewhere and of course there was no one to inform of this! It was a minor inconvenience but I'd hate to have that happen in the middle of summer when the place is packed. Lots of ppl smoking.

Nice place and location

We love that area of the gulf. Beaches are not very crowded. Condo was nice and kids loved the bunk beds. Did have issue with the internet. It would work for less than thirty minutes and would stop and would only work again with router restart. Then last another thirty minutes. Tried to call Vacassa the first night and didn’t get an answer or voicemail. Also originally was supposed to get beach chair service, then it was cancelled, now supposed to get a refund for that portion but haven’t seen it yet Place was nice but you can see all that from photos so only mention the rest so you know, just don’t want it to seem like it was bad other than internet. The only pan they had was a small one. Also one note is their is a trick to the elevator, they emailed it to me but I didn’t find it till I struggled with it for a bit.

Property was clean and in good condition with a great ocean view. Also liked the reserved parking. The big problem was with beach service. It was included with our stay and paid for in advance in property fees. When we arrived Ike's beach service refused to provide chairs and umbrella claiming Vacasa had not paid them. We called Vacasa immediately and they said it would be taken care of. The next day service was refused again. After a second call to Vacasa they offered to compensate us for half the cost afterward if we provided a receipt. Why didnt Vacasa just pay Ike's with the money we had already paid them? Very poor and dishonest customer service.

Perfect cozy home base for the beach

Great location. Space was clean and updated to a clean and cozy standard. Pool and hot tub were very nice. This is the perfect place for a couple or small family with 1-2 young children looking for a home base to make beach trips from. Would give a 6th star if the bathtub was a bit more glamorous for a relaxing bath, but it did the job just fine.

The condo is very nice, clean, the view is spectacular. We had a problem with the internet, we called and they immediately went to check it. The problem was solved that day, but the next day there was no connection again. we no longer call. Everything was excellent. I plan to return in the future.

Navigating the parking garage was n ou t easy the parking spot for this unit it is very tight. The room itself did need a touch of love but overall it was a nice unit and I would stay there again. Excellent view and great amenities.

Perfect place for a getaway!

We loved this property! My spouse and I just went for the weekend, and it was perfect. Very clean, quiet and a beautiful view of the ocean. The parking garage was nice also. We will definitely be back to this location.

Perfect

We had such a wonderful experience at this condo, it had the feel of a vacation spot and home like vibe. The view alone is incredible, but all the amenities like free beach chair and umbrella rental, washer/ dryer, and full size kitchen really make this place 5 stars. It was clean and quiet and overall the perfect family spot. Things that you may need staying here are laundry detergent, salt and pepper, sugar and coffee filters. We will definitely book here again.

Gorgeous views, Quiet Home

This home was beautifully located right on the beach about 6 miles from the FL AL line. The property was clean and very quiet. I would definitely come back again. The only improvements I would make would be to add a binder with helpful contact information, like the utilities company’s phone numbers, since there was an internet issue while I was working and I was unsure who to contact. Additionally, certain amenities outside of the homeowner’s control, like beach service for chairs and tables, should be listed as weather permits since it was not available at all during my stay and was a factor in why I chose this property. I left behind some items such as laundry pods, dryer sheets, sunscreen and aloe and hope this remain in the home for the next guest since they were helpful for me to have more than I was able to pack and bring. Those little extras mean a lot less hassle for a guest. As mentioned, the home was beautiful, clean and quiet and I would absolutely return in the future.

What a Joy!

The weather was great and so was our stay in Unit 1404. It was clean, quiet, and just right for our size family. The bunk beds were a hit for the kids and with a half bath next to the full bath it was ideal with multiple people. Momma loves having the washer and dryer available for wet towels and swimsuits between beach and pool trips. It was a little loud but as long as you wash before bedtime, it shouldn’t keep anyone up. Kitchen had all dishes, pots, and pans needed and enough flatware for everyone. The balcony was a family favorite early in the morning and at the end of the day. We will definitely be back! Thank you!!!
