”We had a fantastic stay at Le Ragnaie in Montalcino! The location is great for accessing wineries and surrounding area. It was peaceful, scenic, and perfectly situated for exploring the region. Our room was spacious, clean and beautifully appointed, offering great comfort and charm. The pool was a highlight, especially after warm afternoons of wine tasting. The one negative thing was that there was no sound proofing between the rooms. You could hear everything from one room to another: talk, sneeze, flushing toilet, opening suitcases, tv - we actually talked to our family through the wall. ”

We had a great experience here. The setting is quiet and secluded—felt like a true escape from everyday life. The golf was excellent, the food was consistently good, and the service was friendly and professional.
It is remote, which adds to the charm, but just a heads-up: if you need anything like Advil or small essentials, the nearest town is about 20 minutes away on a dirt road.
