”Lovely pub with great food”

”We really enjoyed our stay - the room had everything we expected for a B&B stay and more. There were some lovely touches that stood out such as fresh milk from the farm, and we found the breakfast room really homely. Janet was also a brilliant host who made sure we had everything we needed”

”The ownerfamily was very friendly and helpful. Lady of the house even booked a table for us in the nearby pub. The room was pretty big, the doublebed was comfortable, but the "lonely" bed wasn't so much comfortable. Our breakfast was traditional english style, although pretty salty and greasy. Our roomview was amazing towards the garden.”

”Fabulous stay - loved it! Breakfast hamper was absolutely wonderful, though we couldn’t eat it all. Plenty of parking. Key code entry gives more flexibility as to arrival times, which suited us as we were spending the day and having dinner with friends so didn’t arrive till late. Brilliant one night break, will return without a doubt, and have already recommended to friends.”

”We have stayed at The Old Mill may times & since it's changed owners it still provides comfortable, welcoming & cosy accommodation. The breakfast is very good & large, freshly cooked but now quite an expensive extra. On the whole really happy with our stay.”

”So homely! Even though it wasn’t a walking distance to the High Street for us, we loved everything about it ! The room had 3 beds, very spacious, quiet, clean amenities and super comfy bedding. My mother-in-law had breakfast and she was very happy with it. We will definitely stay again when in Salisbury and HIGHLY RECOMMEND. ”

We stayed one night, had dinner and enjoyed the bar in the property and breakfast served in our room --nice touch and attention to the guests, (the kitchen was going to be under renovation for a few days). ”Very friendly welcome into a gorgeous country, cozy pub with roaring fire in lounge. Really lovely bedroom, nicely decorated, clean and very comfortable bed. Just a lovely atmosphere. Restaurant food looked amazing although we ate out as meeting family in the area. Breakfast was lovely ”
