”Not as per my expectations and Hyatt name. Staff was slow and very incompetent. 1. Their wifi went down in my work hours and they didn’t show any urgency in fixing it. 2. Housekeeping didn’t show up even after my 4-5 times calling them. Then the other crew shows up in middle of my work meeting when first crew already had done it. Such annoying irresponsible staff. 3. The lady during breakfast buffet asked for extra charge even when I had selected a room including the breakfast. Never...

”Clean and comfortable as expected from HIE. Breakfast was great, many options. Parking for a fee is limited with very small spaces.”

”The Chateau is a lovely place to experience the beauty of Deer Valley without having to sell a kidney on the internet to afford it. The European lodge atmosphere extends from the main lobby into all of the amenities and rooms. The complimentary breakfast buffet is the best we've had anywhere. The on-site amenities that we personally enjoy are the saltwater pool and the three different hot tubs. ”This was a lovely place, our son and daughter in law got married at the near by River Bottom Ranch. There is some construction going on in the area but the front desk staff made us comfortable and honestly we were hardly in our room. The property had everything you needed on-site food, coffee shop, pool and amenities. I will be back and need to visit the spa!”

”Room was clean. Bed was harder than I prefer. Grounds were fairly clean, although there were some areas that weren't. They had internet and TV issues that took several hours to resolve, that affected the whole resort. Overall we had a nice enjoyable stay.”
