”The property is nice but definitely an old building. Also the windows had cracks in them, bed wasn’t the most comfortable thing I’ve slept in but it gets the job done. Cleaning fees are a bit much on this property. There’s no central AC and only had two AC units which one of the bedrooms didn’t have one. And the door was hanging off the hinges. All of that can be good a side though. Check in process was easy, neighborhood was nice, location to Peoria was decent, it is equipment with everything...

”The property was as advertised visually but thin walls and noisy neighbors were very unfortunate keeping us up when we had busy days ahead. Easy access to Louisville Sluggers complex close to restaurant to drive to.”

”The photos do not match the property. It's old and not very clean the staff was pretty disorganized but did what they could to accommodate. I believe they were overbooked because of 3rd party bookings. We were unable to message the host and did not have any correspondence with them.”

”Very nice little apartment. Fairly well decorated and nice beds. Very clean and calming environment. I was annoyed that there is only one mirror. It makes it difficult for multiple adults to get ready in the morning. Consider putting a mirror in at least one bedroom. Also the Wi-Fi doesn't reach the bedroom. Could use a better router.”

”We loved the detail that went into turning this building into loft apartments. We felt very safe. The main street is adorable and Nats' is the place to go for coffee and food. The loft was very clean and well decorated. My only negative is the double bed. My oversight when booking. Other than that I would definitely return. Sincerely P.Gillis”

”We go to peoria/pekin occasionally for conventions, have stayed in many places in the area. This one has been my favorite ive stayed at locally. The place was clean and near quite a bit of food options and theres a grocery store a few min away. Will definitely be looking for this unit next time we need to stay in the area for the weekend.”

”A friend & I came 2 hours out of town for a concert in the area. Before arriving, we were told that our room was changed from the top floor of the building to the bottom. We chose this listing to be on the top floor & feel safe. When we arrived there was confusion of what unit was ours to stay in & once we found our unit, other tenets across the hall were loud & smoking. After all the confusion of what unit was ours & the neighbors making us feel very uneasy & being on the bottom floor rather...

”I honestly thought it was going to be a great experience at first. The place was brand new, everything super clean and comfortable. So new in fact the new paper towel holder in the kitchen hadn’t been mounted yet, and the new Roku tv hadn’t been set up. All that was good and well. Unfortunately the walls and ceilings are super thin with no sound insulation. I could literally hear the people in the unit above me talking normally, every word. Obviously the floors upstairs are hard surfaces because...

”Fantastic stay here in Bartonville. They thought of everything, and it was so incredibly welcoming. The ONLY caution is that I'm not sure the couch would really be considered a "pullout," since it really just folds flat like a futon, so I may not be able to bring my teens with me to comfortably sleep here next time. But there's so much room and the kitchen is fully equipped for making meals – it might just be a matter of requesting the air mattress for the extra sleeping space. 😊”
