”The house was beautiful and was selected because of the amenities, Hot tub and fireplace/fire pit. I had reached out a day or 2 before to ensure they would be ready to use. Upon arrival, there was barely any firewood, especially not to use in and outdoors. The hot tub had such a terrible odor to it and was not ready for use. Unfortunately, the positives were overshadowed by issues that should have been addressed before guests arrived. There was no toilet paper provided in the home, which is a basic necessity that every rental should have. Even more concerning, the bathtub leaked so badly that the entire bathroom floor was soaked when we arrived. (And making it impossible to feel safe enough to use the shower.)...
