”Such friendly staff! Quick check in. Clean, recently renovated room. Great breakfast served from 5am to allow for early Machu Picchu visitors. Great amenities. Sad I didn’t have time to use the jacuzzi. Incredible central location too. Quiet at night. ”

”Amazing service and communication. Location is fantastic. Breakfast is tasty. They will meet you at the train station and take your bags back to the station when you leave. They had a living room we could use with couch and restroom when we arrived hours before check in. I would give more stars if I could.”

”On the morning of October 1st we were caught in a heavy downpour at Machu Picchu and ended up completely soaked. Even though we had already checked out, we went back to the Inkaterra front desk in the afternoon to ask for help. The two ladies and one gentleman who received us were absolutely wonderful — warm, attentive, and very efficient.
