”We went to the hotel quite late and checked he room. First we found quite a big black bug from the floor and when checking the beds we found bed bugs (adults) so whole hotel is probably filled with those. Room was allover very poorly cleaned and smelled disgusting. When we went to tell front dest about the bed bugs lady working there didn´t want to come to room by herself at all. After 15min she came to the room and confirmed that those were bed bugs. She tried to offer other room as well but...

”The hotel smelled HORRIBLE despite air purifiers being everywhere. The pool was cloudy and had bandaids floating in it. The handicap lift for the pool was cracked and falling apart. Upon arrival, there were French fries on the floor. My daughter pulled the sheets back and there were spiders in the bed. The hotel staff was not helpful or very nice. They didn’t want to refund me. I contacted Expedia customer service and they quickly helped me and got my money back.”

”Beds were a bit to loud and either there was people screaming or the doors were to thin you can hear them outside but overall great stay staff was friendly,rooms were clean fridge worked no weird smells or stains pretty good overall”

”My room wasn’t clean! she mattress cover had mold!!!! When i asked for a new room i was told they didn’t have any more rooms which is hard to believe! i only needed the room to study as i just started school and needed a quiet place to myself but i will NOT be going back there😂!”

”Soon as we pulled up to the property at 1:30 am we noticed a lot of people standing outside. One of those people walked up to the car to attempt a drug transaction not knowing who we were. There was noise and traffic throughout the night which made it impossible to sleep. Lastly the room had fleas”

”I was told, they cleaned their room every twice a month. Floor sticky when walks bear feet. Curtain blind broken no one care. Refrigerator old dirty, no ice trays. Elevator broke all the time.”

”It was an okay place. The carpet was dirty, the toilet didn't flush easily, the TV menu didn't work. It would of been nice to have complementary bottle waters with the coffee maker to make coffee. The breakfast was okay. I was expecting a nicer place for the 9.0 review through Expedia. Good thing we only needed a place to sleep for one night while driving through.”

”The room was fine, however, there was black mold in the bathroom on the shower walls, the exhaust fan was out of service. There were areas where there were repairs, no effort to blend it. (Wall patches etc.) I feel details of cleanliness were left out (grease splatter on the wall behind the stove top, marks and other things on the baseboards). Free of bedbugs but a mattress protector would be nice to have on each bed for cleanliness.”

”The check-in process went smoothly and the room and hotel were clean minus the weird smell in the elevator. The shower sucked!!! I absolutely hated it. I hope they weren’t all like that. The staff was helpful.”
