"no valet, have to walk too far to park your own car, kiosk did not work to check in. chelse at the check in desk very nice and helpful, no room service. concert was amazing good organization. no luggage carts to carry your luggage on. room very nice and clean"

"This is a great property! It is close to a lot of restaurants. We even made the hour trip to New Orleans while we were down there!
