”This was the culmination of a self-promise made 11 years ago. Then, we had afternoon tea on the patio, but can’t remember how we discovered Portloe. We said we should stay here if we ever visit Cornwall again. Fast forward to now; an unexpected opportunity to re-visit Cornwall. And it came to pass. Our stay did not disappoint- the quirky corridors to our room, the spectacular views from the windows, the bright and airy restaurant and the opportunity (again) to observe a lone fisherman working on...

”Stayed here after a mistake booking somewhere else, but definitely glad it worked out that way! Absolutely lovely pub, with amazing food! All the staff were all super friendly, chatty and helpful. The room was clean and had everything we needed. Perfect, would definitely stay again :)”

After a day of sightseeing and going back to a good meal completed our day. Nothing seemed to be too much trouble. I loved the garden.
