”The staff was very helpful and everything was clean. Only issue is that they don’t have a water fountain”

”Siisti hotelli ja aamupala sellainen perusmannermainen. Autolle parkkipaikka on ongelma . Hotellin alakerrassa löytyy paikkoja noin 15 paikkaa . Mutta se oli täynnä reissun aikana . Sai jättää muualle aika kauas auton parkkiin . Hinta / Laatu suhde oli oikea hotellille.”

”Staff was friendly and helpful. Love this hotel and the location.”

”I recently stayed at the DoubleTree and had a wonderful experience from start to finish. The front desk staff truly set the tone — they were great, helpful, and genuinely friendly. It’s the kind of warm welcome that makes you feel like a valued guest rather than just another reservation. My room was comfortable and well-appointed, exactly what you need to relax and recharge. The famous DoubleTree cookie at check-in was a nice touch too! I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it...

”They do not honor the free shuttle from the airport. The day I came, their phone lines where down but "they didn't know". Mind you, I go in at 4 PM and you're telling me that nobody tried to call you all day? This meant I had to take a cab from the airport to the hotel which cost me $100. Meanwhile, people were...

”On arrival the door to the unit was ajar. Not sure why it was left open. That said, the place was lovely. A damper was put on the trip on checkout because the host is harassing us; accusing us of smoking in the unit and it is simply not true. As a result of this experience we will not stay here again.”

”The airport shuttle was very helpful”

”Estuve quedándome el 24 de octubre y el personal del frente la que me tocó una india bien arrogante se le indicó que las tarjeta para entrar a la habitación no funcionaban y subió de mala gana para verificar si era verdad y en la limpieza el piso está sucio”

”Female manager (owner?) was chastising two younger male employees in front of us which made us (and them) very uncomfortable at check in. Computers were down so waited a bit while we continued to listen to the employees get scolded repeatedly over how to put notes in the system. Hotel was clean and functional and free breakfast was a nice perk. Location was on a very busy road that was always backed up making it difficult to get an uber. Nothing walkable. Fire alarm went off at 10:45 PM, was not...
