Not so positive: Room worn, could do with updating; cleaning mediocre, floors filthy underneath the bed and sofa; air conditioner (heat pump) broke after first week - extra heater was...

"Nice, clean apartment hotel near by the Scarborough beach. Kitchen + living room area is spacious. Just perfect for your needs. Downstairs pastry shop is a good plus."
