”David on reception was amazingly helpful and is a credit to the company. He also arranged an upgrade to our room which was incredibly kind to room 16. It has a huge balcony with a gorgeous sea view. The bed and pillows super comfy, very nice shower, and huge TV, not that we watched it. The room was also very clean

”There was some trouble during the first night I arrived, but staff handled the situation very nicely. I got refunded the first night and received a voucher to the restaurant. Everybody makes mistakes, the thing is how the staff reacts and handles it afterwards. Nice place, I recommend.”
