”Arrived at the property and immediately felt uneasy. There was insufficient communication. The property was left unlocked and was on closer inspection dirty with lounge chairs in the carpark and rubbish around. It was an unwelcoming environment and in the best interests of my safety and my daughter, we found alternate accommodation and did not spend a night. Our concerns were that great that we chose to lose our money. Will never book through this site again.”

”Staff is great. Ver grateful fir tge unexpected upgrade to a River view room. The shower head looks in need of replacement. Its a bit worse for wear. ”

”There was some trouble during the first night I arrived, but staff handled the situation very nicely. I got refunded the first night and received a voucher to the restaurant. Everybody makes mistakes, the thing is how the staff reacts and handles it afterwards. Nice place, I recommend.”

”Amazing central location for freo with just a short walk to main attractions (markets, pubs, restaurants, prison, beach), and I liked the personalised touch with the writing in the bathroom mirror welcoming me onboard. Lovely staff as well :) Nothing amazing about the continental breakfast but would be good for non-aussies to try some vegemite (only lacking cheese). ”
