The property is accessible via the 604 bus route, which connects to the Mandurah Station. The nearest bus stop, South Yunderup Road before Murray Waters Boulevard, is approximately a 26-minute walk from the property. For more direct travel, taxi services are readily available in the area, with rates starting at approximately AUD 1.30 per kilometer. This allows for flexible and comfortable transportation to nearby attractions and amenities.

🚫 No parties or events. Quiet hours are 10 PM – 7 AM.
Last-minute bookings (within 3 days) require a selfie holding your credit card for security.
Public Holiday Surcharge: A 50% cleaning fee surcharge applies for check-outs on public holidays.
🛏 Use only the bedding set for your booked guests. Extra bedding without prior approval will incur a $65 per night per item charge.
Maintenance & Repairs
